Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership role, with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions to executive buyers, with a proven ability to engage C-suite and above-the-line decision-makers.
- Adept at building and scaling teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Strong outbound sales leadership, with experience defining strategy, setting KPIs, and coaching reps on prospecting excellence.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, with expertise in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and sales analytics.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of Account Executives, driving hiring, onboarding, and ongoing coaching.
- Own enterprise sales efforts, engaging directly with C-level executives and decision-makers to win high-value deals.
- Develop and optimise the outbound strategy, setting KPI targets, refining prospecting tactics, and coaching AEs on effective outreach.
- Refine the sales process, improving forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and deal execution across all segments.
- Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and bold decision-making within the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth.
