Requirements
- Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% – must be located near a major airport
Responsibilities
- Responsible for soliciting new fleet customers, primarily national and large regional accounts, as well as potential partners in the fleet and/or trucking industry
- Negotiates terms and conditions of agreements and contracts pertaining to competitive discounts with consideration to all variables of fuel cost structures
- Maintains personal contact with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Gather customer and industry intel to propose and support strategic business decisions
- Tracks personal results on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as set by their manager
- Ensures that all sales activities, contracts, discount information and other relevant information that impacts Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are maintained in Salesforce
- Passion for our customers with an enthusiasm to drive sales by offering holistic business solutions that increase loyalty
- Collaborate with Fleet Sales Enablement team to ensure that we are maximizing value while driving gallon growth and foot traffic
- Presents deal proposals in a clear and concise manner that is easy to share and digest across multiple business partners and varying levels of Management
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support the development and growth of one of the largest diesel networks in the country
- Maintains close working relationship with Field Operations Team to communicate fleet sales strategy, identify growth potential, and report on fleet sales results for specific commercial diesel sites
- Stays abreast of industry competition to maintain our industry leader position on product offerings and pricing strategies
- Attends various industry trade shows and conventions to promote the 7FLEET commercial fueling programs
- Utilize data analytics to optimize value and support the go-to-market sales strategy in a clear and concise manner that quickly promotes consensus among the team
