Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading high-performing outbound sales teams
- Strong leadership skills to sell a unique product across multiple markets
- Analytically driven sales leader
- Experience working in or selling to Restaurant or Hospitality industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide inputs on sales incentive design
- Hit or exceed team closed won quota consistently by actively managing the pipeline of accounts (equating in size to [3-4x] of the expected closed won throughput) under each of your team members in Salesforce.
- Identify problems across team quickly, acting to solve problems, building solutions that can last and scale to other teams.
- Develop strategies to optimize cross team performance. Continually monitors and analyzes pipeline and results, demonstrating strong commercial judgment with the ability to coach others in this domain.
- Strong people manager. Set vision, goals and operating rhythm, managing team deliverables and driving high performance outcomes.
- Exercise judgment, adapt plans and priorities to address team resources and operational challenges.
- Develop and implement best practices for managing and driving sales teams. Recommend changes and improvements to policies and processes to improve team and function performance.
