Requirements
- 3+ years of leading high-performance sales team working with complex accounts.
- Significant experience in commercial execution with large customers in the Chemical and Energy markets.
- Prove track record of driving growth to exceed financial and other business objectives in complex customer organizations.
- Show examples working cross-functionally to create high performance organizations.
- Be well versed in creating and developing sales strategies to maximize go-to-market resource and execute against market opportunity.
- Have experience of building comprehensive territory plans with growth opportunities and risks.
- Demonstrate extensive experience of C level commercial negotiations.
- Be passionate about a world-class customer experience.
- Prove track record of leading teams in value-based customer-centric buying methodologies and exceeding objectives and financial goals.
- Prove ability to identify, hire and develop high performing talent and managing under performance.
- Able to champion diversity and representation, as well as leading proactive succession planning and talent management to improve customer outcomes.
