Sales Operations

2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, finance, business/sales operations, sales strategy, or related field, and/or the ability to perform at an advanced level in the domain
Experience with a CRM tool, specifically Salesforce, as well as experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Databricks, Tableau, etc.)
Experience working as an analyst in operations supporting a Sales or Customer Success team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and communicate actionable insights
Ability to navigate through and communicate complex ideas effectively – verbally, in writing, and presentations
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Finance and Product, to support strategic initiatives that streamline operations, improve productivity, and scale the business
Drive sales process adoption and compliance while identifying and implementing tools to enhance efficiency
Maintain CRM accuracy by ensuring up-to-date information and supporting the sales team in data management
Standardize and distribute sales performance reports to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform performance improvement efforts, including go-to-market playbooks, process optimization, and customer health analytics
Develop and maintain financial and operational dashboards using tools like Salesforce, Looker, Databricks, Google Sheets, etc. to surface key insights and drive strategic decision-making
Participate in in-person Nextdoor events such as trainings, off-sites, volunteer days, and team building exercises
Build in-person relationships with team members and contribute to Nextdoor’s company culture
