Requirements
- Work experience in B2B sales operations, sales enablement, sales leadership, marketing, or other commercial role
- Salesforce admin experience, Administrator or other Certification preferred
- Experience leading and/or executing change management initiatives
- Knowledge of sales performance KPIs and financial metrics
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Help to build and develop our CRM as a source of truth for customer information, as well as integrating data between other platforms
- Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team and commercial organization
- Assist with responding to customer requests for information and proposals
- Support the training and onboarding process and develop content for educating sales team members on tools, processes, and best practices
- Work closely with other teams, including customer experience, pricing, product development, supply chain, legal, and others
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer experience with BI tools and ERP systems
- Strategic agility and the ability to pivot quickly as market and other conditions change
