Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales operations or similar role, preferably within the managed services or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Microsoft CE (CRM), LinkedIn Navigator, and 6Sense.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, detail focused, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day sales operations activities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and strategies, ensuring a consistent message across all channels
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, conversion rates, and other key metrics to the sales and marketing teams
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
- Support the sales team by providing tools, resources, and training to improve their performance
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
