Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Operations Management, Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in wholesale apparel or manufacturing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (for data analysis and reporting), CRM software, and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, production calendar, and order forecasting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Strategic thinking
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments while effectively managing multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Maintain CRM and sales tools to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
- Assist in pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and margin analysis.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Clear and effective communication with various stakeholders, including sales teams, leadership, and other departments.
- Oversee the new product launch calendar to ensure all respective departments are meeting deadlines, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. This includes tracking key milestones, identifying potential bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to mitigate delays. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management, ensuring alignment with launch.
- Collaborate with inventory planning and production planning teams to establish clear timelines for receiving new product inventory. Monitor production progress, troubleshoot potential supply chain disruptions, and ensure all finished goods are delivered on schedule to support sales commitments and market launches.
- Manage pricing structures and maintain pricing files. Utilize analytical tools to ensure accurate pricing that aligns with business objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Production, and Inventory Planning to drive cross-functional collaboration on special projects. Lead and manage end-to-end order operations for special custom orders by scoping requirements, evaluating company capabilities, and ensuring seamless execution. Use strong judgment to make informed decisions and engage the right stakeholders for alignment and problem-solving.
- Ensure the team has access to effective sales enablement resources by maintaining and optimizing materials within our platform. Continuously update content to support sales strategies, improve efficiency, and equip the team with the necessary tools to drive success.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep resources relevant and valuable for strategic decision-making.
