Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a sales or strategy operations environment
- Strong communication and writing skills, ideally customer-campaign experience
- Comfortable leveraging data to shape and execute targeted plays
- Proven experience organizing and strategizing with multiple teams and departments
Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives with GTM teams that deliver tangible results (ARR, Pipeline, ROI, etc.)
- Craft effective sales messaging and campaigns in collaboration with Marketing to engage new and existing customers
- Support the creation and utilization of sales collateral as well as demand generation programs that drive revenue
- Connect the dots between Sales, Online Sales, CS, Renewals, and Box Partners to propel pipeline growth, increase customer retention, and mitigate churn
- Improve processes, tools, and metrics that enable transparent project management and reporting
- Partner with Box’s Business Analytics and Data Science Team(s) to evolve existing + future data-driven plays
- Work with Enablement and department leaders to create consistent execution and facilitate the sharing of best practices across global teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach.io, and Tableau or similar preferred
- Passionate & curious about experimentation, creating new approaches to drive results
- Comfortable leading projects end-to-end, autonomously
