Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach. Monitor and report on the success of these campaigns and strategies.
- Manage sales and training programs: Oversee and report on various sales and training programs, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.
- Manage distribution and national partner programs: Oversee and report on various marketing and incentive programs with national partners.
- Support sales teams: Provide guidance, training, and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance.
- Support training teams: Manage training priorities, field requests and schedules of the training team to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze sales data: Monitor and evaluate sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Ongoing evaluation of Salesforce for effective reporting and capture of data.
- Dealer Rewards Program: Manage the Kidde Commercial dealer rewards program.
- Coordinate with other departments: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Budget management: Develop and manage budgets for sales programs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 + years of experience in sales project or program management.
- Practical to substantial knowledge of Kidde organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
- Ability to work under pressure, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly. Strong presentation skills with the ability to train on various industry related topics technical know-how.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to tailor training programs to meet the needs of different audiences.
- Strong team-oriented, foster teamwork with improved ideas and resolution to problems.
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with other departments. Participate in internal sales meetings to report on partner-facing activities.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills and knowledge of CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce) Strong computer skills essential – thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based applications.
