Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of advertising technology and/or media planning experience
- Adept understanding of the advertising industry at large and ability to convey that knowledge to others
- Sound understanding of the digital programmatic ecosystem and the vendor agency-advertiser dynamic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal/external team members
- Ability to take abstract ideas and translate them into actionable solutions
- Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion
- Eager to learn new systems, technologies, and advertising techniques
- Expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Alignment with MiQ’s core values
- A can-do attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm
Responsibilities
- Craft and deliver accurate and thorough proposals within the RFP deadline
- Build media plans in Excel and corresponding proposal materials in PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Project manage RFPs that are being requested for their regions
- Stay focused and contribute to projects
- Organize stakeholders and multiple milestones
- Partner with Sales Strategy, Sales, Solutions, Account Management, Product, and Trading teams effectively
- Crisp and clear communication to external partners/clients or internal stakeholders; flexing communication style to persuade others and influence positive outcomes
- Create high-quality PPT deliverables that successfully showcase product expertise and strategic storytelling
- Strategize with Sales Leads in pre-sale periods to grow and develop existing client business and win net new business
- Master MiQ product capabilities and stay on the latest industry trends to inform internal and external teams
- Act with curiosity. Find new and better ways of working, then apply or implement solutions to unarticulated needs, new or existing market requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Programmatic Advertising is preferred
