Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients and assist in building and maintaining updated client lists.
- Conduct research, gather data, and analyze insights to support project goals and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with the team to leverage internal platforms for generating pre-campaign insights.
- Brainstorm with team members to solve challenges, drive creative solutions, and foster innovation.
- Actively engage in the RFP process, working with teams such as Sales Strategy to review and refine recommendations before client submission.
- Partner with the Programmatic Partnership and Trading teams to manage internal requests and support media plan development.
- Prepare launch emails and compile all necessary pre-launch materials once a client contract is signed, ensuring smooth internal handoffs.
- Create presentations, reports, and materials to clearly communicate findings, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Manage project timelines and collaborate closely with the account management team to ensure sales objectives are met.
- Participate in team meetings to continuously develop skills, share insights, and stay aligned with departmental goals.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the department’s objectives and organizational priorities.
