Responsibilities

  • Perform sales related duties for the Doors Sales team by responding to inquiries including, but not limited to: order status, product information, claims/returns, order processing, account status, sales programs, pricing questions and quality issues.
  • Engage with Sales to assess customer-related problems or issues and develop and implement the appropriate resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with the outside sales force, sales administration and operations in the wholesale business channel to provide technical assistance with product specifications, catalog information, performance and building code information.
  • Function as a liaison between sales and with all aspects of the customer supply chain including Category Management, Distribution, Pricing, Sales Administration and Field Sales.
  • Work in concert with organizational subunits to understand concerns and communicate updates to the Sales team as necessary.
  • Assist in developing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Business Communication documents.
  • Assist in updating CRM (HubSpot).
  • Generate sales reports as requested by sales team.
  • Assist in annual district sales planning for up to 3 districts.
  • Required to participate in sales training to gain a better understanding of sales processes.
  • Reporting, utilizing Cognos reporting tools.
  • Sell sheet generation.
  • Troubleshoot technical requests related to Outdoors Doors products.
  • Administrative pricing and reporting requests.
  • Expedite product to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in creating customer service tools to enhance department productivity.
  • Quality issue communication to the sales team.
  • Promotional display product entry requests.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the Wholesale Doors Sales teams as part of overall company strategy and objectives.
  • Act as liaison with other departments within the organization to develop cohesive working relationships and facilitate information sharing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • E-21 or similar business system knowledge
  • Associates Degree in Sales or Marketing
  • Customer Service or Sales experience
  • Distribution sales channel experience
