Requirements

  • Self-motivated individual with a customer centric mindset
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food industry
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the collection of document requests, both standardized and customized
  • Independently takes care of Customer and Sales Account Managers requests for information on products and literature, such as Product Descriptions, Material Safety Data Sheets, Kosher Certificates, and Questionnaires as requested
  • Insure accurate and timely communication with internal and external customers
  • Accurate and timely completion and reporting of work and results
  • Work closely with Account Managers and customers to meet the timelines for the delivery of the customer requests
  • Responsible for being a back-up in the absence of other Sales Support Reps on the team
  • Develop strong relationships internally and externally. Maintain conscientious and positive inter-departmental communications
  • Manage requests through SFDC and through third party sites (e.g., TraceGains)
  • Maintain a resilient can-do mentality and drive actions to deliver on customer expectations
  • Arrange for Samples to be sent to customers when requested by account managers

  • Up-to-date knowledge of the IFF product line portfolio preferred
