Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the B2B software industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise software.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in scaling and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Expertise in sales operations, forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning.
- Proven ability to build and manage complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills that effectively engage C-Level Executives.
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Experience selling into Acquisition Account greater than $1B.
- Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, including direct sales, channel sales, and partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Establish and track key sales performance metrics, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition and expand relationships with key enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance market penetration.
- Lead contract negotiations and high-value deal closures with enterprise customers.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Implement training programs and best practices to improve sales effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Provide product and marketing teams with feedback to ensure the company’s solutions remain competitive and aligned with market demand.
