Salesforce Administrator

Strong communication skills
Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and customization capabilities
Proficiency in creating and managing Flows, Lightning App Builder, and other native Salesforce tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage project scopes and deliverables within deadlines

Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather and understand business requirements related to Salesforce functionality
Configure Salesforce using native tools like Flows, Email Alerts, and Lightning App Builder to meet business needs and improve user experience
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and approval processes as needed
Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce to ensure data integrity and user access control
Monitor data quality and integrity within Salesforce, identifying and resolving data issues as needed
Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and training materials for end users
Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed
Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements to our Salesforce instance
Collaborate with Salesforce Scrum team including Business Analyst, Product Owner and Developers to solution and build complex solutions to meet business needs
Any other related Salesforce responsibilities as assigned by your manager

Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or equivalent) is required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred
