Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study
- Minimum of 9 years of experience
- Multi-dimensional platform experience
- Expert level experience with business and technical applications
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end application system development and maintenance on large complex enterprise-wide technology platforms
- Maintain active relationships with customers to determine business requirements
- Lead requirements gathering meetings and review designs with the business
- Lead efforts with web and marketing team to increase the presence of web products
- Anticipate broad technical change and ensure that company technology stays ahead of the curve
- Prioritize projects and make trade-offs with respect to the enterprise systems changes based on broader business needs
- Understand the entire architecture for a major part of our business and articulate the scaling and reliability limits
- Own the change request process and coordinate with other teams as necessary
- Develop and own list of final enhancements
- Develop and define application scope and objectives and supervise the preparation of technical and/or functional specifications from which programs will be written
- Perform technical design reviews and code reviews
- Ensure unit test is completed and meets the test plan requirements, system testing is completed, and system is implemented according to plan
- Deliver on the application of technology solutions and data information planning efforts
- Participate in developing the multi-year technology strategy for critical areas of the business that may encompass multiple systems
- Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify the long-term technical trajectory of the technology infrastructure
- Create architecture and anticipate future technology needs
- Lead the conversations internally about the direction of major areas of the technology, drive wide-team consensus to the adoption of this direction, and use this direction when engaging engineers
- Coordinate and manage on-call support and own the system monitoring process
- Review and monitor initiatives for end-to-end impact and coordination
- Participate in review and decision making for enterprise solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified in Salesforce Advance Admin, Sales Cloud, Platform Development I, Platform App Builder & Service Cloud strongly preferred
- 5+ years Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- Extensive Apex and Devops knowledge strongly preferred
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certified strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of Health Cloud, Prompt Builder and Data Cloud preferred
- Strong in Salesforce Integration using REST and SOAP API preferred
- Ability to integrate external, 3rd party systems with Salesforce using web services preferred
- Knowledge of Vlocity preferred
- Experience configuring DocuSign and Conga Composer for document generation preferred
- Experience in web applications development using JavaScript, Typescript, jQuery, Angular JS, Angular 2/4/6/8/10 and JSON preferred
- Experience conducting Business Process Review preferred
- Onshore/Offshore coordination preferred
- Experience mentoring others to drive teams to achieve results preferred
- Leading multiple or large projects preferred
- Multi database and/or multi language preferred
