Requirements
- Client Interaction and Expectation Management – Manage, in conjunction with Senior leadership, day-to-day interactions with clients at levels including individual contributors, managers, and executives. Understanding and managing client expectations across different organizational levels (individual contributors to executives). Empathy towards client needs and ability to manage complex relationships.
- Project Communication and Governance – Manage key project activities on time and within budget through effective project governance; clear written, verbal, and oral communication and management of client expectations. Proficiency in communicating project updates and setting expectations clearly with clients. Applying business insights to balance project scope and timeline effectively.
- Client-Centric Solution Design – Participate in and help drive client conversations around people, processes, technology, and data-related challenges. Engaging with clients to understand their operational challenges, pain points, and business processes to offer strategic insights.
- Execution of Technical Deliverables – Collaborate with project team members to oversee the execution of technical deliverables across configuration, data, and integration. Strong technical understanding to ensure configurations, data, and integrations align with project requirements.
- Requirements Translation to Technical Specs – Support requirements-gathering efforts and work in conjunction with Senior Consultants to translate requirements into technical specifications. The ability to convert business requirements into technical deliverables that meet client needs.
- Testing and Troubleshooting – Collaborate with team members throughout the entire engagement lifecycle spanning solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Actively testing and troubleshooting to ensure project integrity and successful implementation.
- End-to-End Process Analysis – Work with senior team members to map out key process flows, develop pros/cons analyses, document findings, and present recommendations to clients. Bridging business and technical needs through process mapping and conducting analytical assessments of solution impact.
- Pros/Cons and Recommendation Development – Work with senior team members to develop pros/cons analyses and present recommendations to clients. Assessing the potential risks and benefits of different approaches to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Governance of Full Project Lifecycle – Support management of key project activities on time and within budget through effective project governance. Using analytical skills to foresee challenges and risks, ensuring the project is governed effectively.
- Collaboration Across Functions – Collaborate with team members throughout the entire engagement lifecycle spanning solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Ensuring that business and technical teams are aligned on project goals through effective collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce clouds/products, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or other Salesforce products (Mulesoft, data/analytics/AI).
- Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Administrator/Advanced Administrator, or Business Analyst are strongly preferred.
