Salesforce Developer

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred)
Salesforce Developer Certification(s) (required)
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows)
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices
Experience with data modeling and database concepts
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with version control systems (Git)

Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Flows, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems (API, web services)
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce development
Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions
Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users
Maintain data integrity and perform regular data backups
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Document technical designs and solutions
Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce configurations and developments
Deploy changes to production environments following established procedures

Basic understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity preferred
Basic understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality preferred
