Requirements
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Extensive experience (3+ years) in designing, implementing, and customizing Salesforce solutions including Experience Cloud and similar technologies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Good understanding of partner business model, ecosystem and key business processes for SaaS based software business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Detail design solutions that align with best practices and meet business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and stakeholders. Mentor junior team members where applicable and share best practices related to development and implementation.
- Continuously optimize and improve existing Salesforce/other solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience. Identify and address performance bottlenecks and system limitations.
- Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations to ensure high quality and reliability. Develop and execute test plans and scenarios to validate system functionality and data integrity.
- Create comprehensive documentation including solution designs, technical specifications, and user guides. Conduct training sessions for end users and administrators to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce capabilities.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in Salesforce platform updates, and industry trends. Evaluate new features and functionalities and recommend their adoption to enhance the organization’s capabilities.
