Requirements

  • 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (Advanced Administrator preferred)
  • Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, and flows
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and data architecture
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional specifications
  • Proven project management expertise with ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and processes
  • Strong commercial acumen with understanding of how Salesforce impacts business outcomes
  • Excellent collaboration skills with ability to work across different departments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain the Salesforce ecosystem including Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and connected applications
  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
  • Develop and optimize workflows, flows, validation rules, and approval processes
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, and page layouts
  • Monitor system health, performance, and data quality
  • Provide technical support for users and troubleshoot system issues
  • Execute regular system maintenance, updates, and release management
  • Maintain a high-quality system for documentation of solutions, including architecture diagrams, data models, and technical specifications
  • Oversee all aspects of the Salesforce platform, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
  • Serve as the primary interface between the business and the Salesforce platform, translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Own the complete project lifecycle – from taking a business problem to designing a solution based on technical expertise, building out the technical requirements, executing implementation, and maintaining comprehensive documentation
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce roadmap that supports business objectives and future growth
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations
  • Conduct platform demonstrations and collect user feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Evaluate and prioritize feature requests from various business units

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Administrator certification preferred
  • Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud preferred)
