Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of experience in database analysis and Salesforce
- Experience working in Visualforce, Lightning Platform, Communities, APEX coding, Process Builder, triggers, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates, Custom Coding, and Web Services required
- Experience with Fusion Risk Management software tool, and any BC software preferred
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and user needs to identify system solutions, including conducting feasibility studies, gathering data, and developing detailed functional and technical specifications
- Integrate software solutions with other applications and systems within the organization, including designing and implementing APIs, web services, and data integration solutions
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into the data in the Fusion Risk Management Application
- Design software solutions that meet business requirements and user needs
- Implement software solutions by testing and then deploying application upgrades
- Maintain and support the Fusion Risk Management Application, including monitoring application performance, troubleshooting issues, guiding best practices, and providing technical support to end-users
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Fusion Risk Management software tool, and any BC software preferred
