Requirements
- Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Certification
- OR a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master, Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, or similar certification
- 5 years managing projects of 50 FTE providing software solutions
- Demonstrated experience CI/CD or DevOps projects
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale systems serving one million users and visitors per month
- Experience overseeing system transformation and consolidation
- Demonstrated experience in a software development quality assurance environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage all Agile development activities, ensuring alignment with contract requirements
- Ensuring effective employee and subcontractor utilization
- Oversee the O&M of large-scale systems
- Implement and manage continuous integration and DevOps practices
- Present reports, updates, and key findings to senior Government officials.
