Responsibilities
- Supports Merchandising team on sample management from pre-production to post-production
- Responsible for the organization of samples within limited office space
- Implement sample processes to help eliminate inefficient ways of working and improve overall organization
- Maintain sample dashboard – track samples, manage in-going and out-going packages and work closely with outside carriers (UPS, FedEX, DHL) when additional tracking is needed
- Fulfill sample shipment requests quickly and accurately, confirming tracking information and ETAs with key stakeholders
