Responsibilities
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to tailor training to best fit the needs of the region
- Manage the creation and implementation of a variety of different training methods including hands-on, blended, digital, technical and train-the-trainer
- Identify opportunities of improvement or areas of excellence within programs; report findings to senior partners
- Effectively train on how to create exciting experience for consumers with Samsung Products
- Innovate new and fun ways to engage team in training and development activities
- Build strong relationships with business partners, account teams, internal management, etc.
- Develop training strategies for Samsung product line up for assigned channels
- Effectively design/implement training materials to enhance the overall learning experience
- Hosting workshops/strategy meetings with high level stakeholders (internal and external)
- Plan and execute all operations pertaining to virtually based learning/webinars (including content consolidation, setting up training platform, and facilitation of content to the audience)
- Establish reporting metrics on successful learnings and present back to internal leadership
- Required reporting and findings to all internal and external teams
