Minimum of 5 years professional experience
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing large scale Tech/related Programs and Projects
Minimum of 1 years experience in implementing and maintaining SAP IS-U with specialization in the FICA area
Strong understanding of Dunning Processes, Credit & Collections, Payments, Installment Plan, Deferrals, FICA integrations, and month/quarter/year end close activities
Minimum of 1 years experience supporting/working with Utilities Industry and clients
Minimum of 1 years experience working with/for a large consulting company
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an associate degree with 6 years of work experience)

Build SAP and support ERP/IS-U technology solutions that transform clients’ finance functions
Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP within the Finance (FICO/FICA) function
Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and production Finance solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly
Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Finance offerings powered by SAP
Collaborate with project teams to understand clients’ business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
Triage, resolve, and validate issues reported in the SAP IS-U application with expertise in the SAP FICA area
Support all phases of project lifecycles (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, train, support)
Analyze technical and functional integration requirements
Guide testing cycles as well as perform cutover activities for go-live preparation and post deployment support
Provide business user support in using the system to achieve business objectives
Guide performance testing & training activities
