Requirements
- Federal SAP Finance experience
- 5 years of experience with any of these SAP modules: Finance (FI), Funds Management (FM), Controlling/Cost Management (CO), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP)
- SAP project management experience
- Experience leading teams
- Experience interacting with client leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate functional team activities
- Provide guidance and direction to the functional team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within teams.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Facilitate communication between teams, fostering a cohesive working environment.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting skill growth and knowledge sharing.
- Stay informed about SAP updates and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- S4/HANA Delivery experience
- Experience with any Supply Chain modules such as: Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management/Warehouse Management (IMWM), Project Systems (PS), Sales and Distribution/Reimbursables (SD), Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Relevant SAP certifications
