Requirements
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems (preferred but not mandatory).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with SAP upgrade testing to gain familiarity with SAP processes in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Finance-to-Manage (FTM) modules.
- Supporting Salesforce administrative tasks, including granting system access.
- Shadowing OTC/FTM Principal resources to facilitate business testing of all open items in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Adjusting queues for tickets logged for IT assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
