Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years’ functional experience in leading and implementing testing strategies for AMS/IMS projects, including end-to-end testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing testing activities in SAP Modules
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee testing activities within AMS/IMS projects, ensuring quality standards are met across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and configure testing frameworks and strategies to meet business process and application requirements.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in testing methodologies, tools, and processes, providing guidance and support to the team.
- Manage and mentor the testing team, fostering collaboration and driving team decisions to achieve project goals.
- Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders, contributing to key decisions and ensuring alignment with quality objectives.
- Provide solutions to testing challenges for the immediate team and across multiple teams, ensuring efficient problem resolution.
- Demonstrate expert proficiency in Configuration & Release Management as it pertains to testing and quality assurance.
- Recommend and implement best practices for Design & Build Enablement in testing processes.
- Utilize expert-level skills in Build Management and SAP SCM APO Demand Planning to support testing activities.
- Develop and implement efficient testing and quality assurance processes, including configuration and release management.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Ensure smooth application deployment by collaborating with development and operations teams.
- Provide guidance and support on best practices for testing, configuration management, and quality assurance.
