Responsibilities
- Manages change management process and coordinates IT change activities within the IT Infrastructure Operations environment.
- Responsible for the planning, coordination, scheduling, and tracking of maintenance windows with Government stakeholders and IT technical teams.
- Manages the communication and coordination of proposed changes, that may result in service disruption, with the appropriate Authorized Service Interruption (ASI) representative.
- Analyze trends from changes throughout the environment and recommend improvements to the process.
- Assess impact of changes using a CMDB and applications maps.
