- Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Responsibilities
- Responsible for validating the performance of IT services provided under this contract.
- Works in tandem with the Quality Manager and analyzes metrics within the QMP.
- Implements the proposed service assurance and performance approach.
- Executes performance reviews at the request of the Government.
- Develops OLAs with AF or AF-managed third parties.
- Performs requirements gathering and analysis to ensure optimal end-user experience for enterprise IT services and products.
- Ensures IT services are intuitive, accessible, and meet the needs of the users.
- Gains understanding of user behavior, needs, and pain points through research and feedback to effectively design, test, and iterate on user interfaces and service touchpoints.
- Ensures IT services provide a seamless and satisfying experience for end-users.
- Works closely with design and development teams to implement user-centric solutions.
- Performs tactical and operational analysis of the IT enterprise with a focus on the day-to-day experience of end-users.
- Daily, engages with users, designers, and service delivery teams.
- Specific outputs are usability improvements and interface designs; feedback on user satisfaction; and recommendations for improving service accessibility and usability.
