Requirements
- 1 + years of related experience
- Experience providing support and assisting with issues for Microsoft SharePoint users
- Experience responding to and resolving incidents in the ServiceNow platform
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience troubleshooting incidents and providing user support
- Must possess active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Responsibilities
- Provides user support to assist system administrators
- Creates and maintains the various collaboration solutions
- Successfully responds to user requests for assistance via ServiceNow incidents
- Collaborates on architecture upgrades and consolidations
- Interfaces with internal and external program staff to provide access to program data via collaboration tools
- Assists with external account requests and access issues
- Analyzes user requests and incidents to determine level of complexity and the priority
- Identifies and implements resolutions
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL 4 Foundations
- Microsoft Certified SharePoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate
