Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience with Agile as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or similar
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
Responsibilities
- Works directly with Senior Scrum Masters, project leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders to turn requirements into Jira Epics and User Stories.
- Leads Scrum and SAFe ceremonies such as sprint planning/grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identifies and tracks action items and works closely with the respective teams to identify and remove impediments.
- Identifies and reports team and project progress via appropriate metrics.
- Co-manage PI Planning events, a critical component of SAFe that helps align teams to a shared mission and vision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist certification is preferred
