Requirements
- 3 SEC reporting experience
- 3 Leadership experience
- Experience preparing financial statements and related disclosures
- Experience researching accounting literature
- Experience analyzing and concluding on accounting and disclosure matters
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and filing of all financial reporting with the SEC, Federal Reserve, FFIEC and FDIC, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, and other SEC filings and the Call Report
- Prepare financial statements and disclosures with clear and well-organized documentation including detailed financial calculations and analyses
- Coordinate the review of filings with external auditors, legal counsel, accounting staff and executive management
- Assist in researching accounting and reporting matters and assessing the impact to the financial statements
- Assist with establishment, documentation, and maintenance of the banks accounting policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA highly preferred
- 4 year Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
- Experience with Peoplesoft/Fusion, Workiva, FedReporterSmartCall preferred
- Experience with XBRL tagging
