Requirements
- Ability to maintain professionalism and master leadership abilities
- Knowledge and understanding of resort, casino and/or hospitality investigation
- Proficiency of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
- Has high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Has 2+ years of prior relevant experience and direct security experience in a high-end resort/casino environment or law enforcement and/or military experience, with previous supervisory experience or in a team leader capacity
- Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age
Responsibilities
- Overseeing security officers and department operations
- Conducting interviews, hiring qualified candidates, and creating efficient employee schedules tailored to meet operational demands
- Implementing approved procedures while providing comprehensive training and regular evaluations to ensure officers meet performance standards
- Assisting management with onsite investigations; coordinating and supervising onsite investigations as deemed necessary
- Responding to guest and employee emergencies and reported threats, documenting incidents and ensuring proper escalation for reporting and resolution purposes
