Responsibilities
- Maintain a uniformed presence at various posts both inside & outside the MassMutual Center
- Patrol assigned areas to ensure all individuals are authorized
- Provide exceptional customer service through a positive and approachable demeanor
- Manage equipment and report incidents
- Respond to alarm activations
- Utilize surveillance systems to ensure safety and security
