Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 8+ years of security experience; corporate security environment preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rigorous work environment; demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands
  • High-level of diplomacy and tact, ensuring confidentiality of information when required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to Travel as required
  • Available outside of normal business hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the direction and development of the physical security infrastructure, including access control platforms and CCTV. Coordinate with security integrators
  • Manage, and partner with all functional area(s) and departments, including IT and Facilities, to upgrade, update, monitor and seamlessly integrate security infrastructure
  • Plan and manage critical security infrastructure designs for all construction projects ensuring proper alignment with regulatory requirements and in line with best standards
  • Manage and monitor expenses related to security vendors and execute budget analysis for all construction projects and security operations
  • Attend weekly project meetings as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams, as needed
  • Develop, implement, and update Physical Security policies, protocols, and procedures in line with the firm’s needs
  • Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement; identify, investigate, and resolve security breaches or incidents
  • Oversee the monitoring the maintenance of access control systems and CCTV to ensure efficiency in effective risk monitoring
  • Manage 24x7x365 global security operations center located in Mumbai
  • Remain informed about the latest security technologies, trends and regulatory requirements and make recommendations for security program enhancements
  • Investigate security breaches, incidents and violations, document findings and implement corrective actions
  • Develop universal emergency action plans for all locations. Ensure warden listings are monitored and updated on a quarterly basis
  • Drive strategic initiatives related to physical security including policy development and partnering with Cyber Security and Internal Audit on firm-wide programs
  • Manage administrative tasks associated with security operations
  • Assist Human Capital & Legal in investigations and sensitive matters

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR-218 certified preferred but not required
