Requirements
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergency situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using security systems, cameras, and basic office technology (e.g., email, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for long periods
- Driving Eligibility: Posts requiring operation of a company vehicle will only be permitted for those over the age of 25 with a screened motor vehicle record.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property by monitoring and patrolling the premises
- Prevent unauthorized access
- Detect suspicious activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not required
- Security Officer License (where applicable)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred)
