This role demands an applicant who can adapt to varying schedules and work shifts, including weekends.

Proactively handle and document guest and employee incidents, including accidents, noise complaints, and any suspicious individuals on the premises.
Implement all security and safety policies and procedures to maintain a protective environment.
Take an active role in leading workplace health and safety trainings for hotel staff.
Assist hotel management in addressing unusual situations, from disorderly conduct to emergencies like fires, robberies, or medical incidents.
Take an active role in executing our Crisis Management Plan, including fire panel training and command post objectives.
Ensure officers are monitoring the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system diligently to identify and address potential security threats.
Review recorded footage when necessary to investigate suspicious incidents.
Conduct uniform and equipment inspections during shift briefings to ensure readiness of officers.
Review and correct officer Incident Reports, Glitches and Daily Activity Reports (DARS) before final distribution.
Assist in preparing security surveys and safety risk assessments.
