Requirements

  • Have proven experience in a business leadership role, typically in strategy, go-to-market or product development environments
  • Be able to present information and ideas to individuals and groups in a variety of methods

  • Be able to translate business priorities into operational reality

Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for the top line financial performance and go-to-market execution of your vertical segment
  • Providing strategic direction for your segment through defining goals, milestones and objectives to ensure maximum revenue growth
  • Defining, tracking and monitoring segment success metrics
  • Building impactful relationships with key customers and associations, senior stakeholders and influencers within the relevant markets
  • Identifying business and go-to-market transformation projects, product development opportunities and priorities for your portfolio
  • Leading projects and investment cases to develop new propositions and new or adjacent market opportunities
  • Identifying and launching key partnerships for distribution channels and new product creation
  • Building impactful relationships with key customers and associations, senior stakeholders and influencers within the relevant markets
  • Contributing to the groups M&A strategy by identifying targets businesses and working with internal teams to assess synergies and attractiveness
