Requirements
- Ability to think strategically and be able to execute marketing plans on time and on budget.
- Curiosity and drive is key, we need someone passionate about developing and implementing marketing plans in a healthcare environment.
- Thrive working in a target based, busy environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience working in a similar healthcare technology environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage business units marketing budget, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and strategic allocation of resources.
- Drive execution of tactical marketing initiatives and projects that support the strategic objectives of the business units we serve.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and implement a cycle of continuous improvement to refine processes and outcomes.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings and service capabilities to proactively identify new growth opportunities, innovative technologies, and emerging product or service prospects.
- Ensure all projects align with the company’s strategic vision.
- Perform comprehensive analysis and evaluation of key market statistics and customer needs to inform product strategies and uncover opportunities for market share expansion.
- Facilitate cross-functional go-to-market initiatives by coordinating efforts across various departments such as Strategic Development, Marketing, and Services.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to the portfolio team based on thorough analysis and insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience working in a similar healthcare technology environment is preferred.
