Requirements
- US or Canadian Residency to open your personal AIP Dev Tier account for the project aspect of the application
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at an accredited university
- Engineering background in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, and Physics
- Taking the full fall 2025 semester off (4-5 months) to work at Palantir. Candidates cannot be enrolled in university classes during the internship
Responsibilities
- Work alongside a team solving a variety of technical problems
- Contribute to Palantir products and customer outcomes
- Transform ideas from prototype to tangible product
- Craft innovative workflows that turn customer vision into reality
- May be deployed to Palantir internal teams and problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of individuals, including engineers, users and non-technical team members
- Willingness to learn proactively, make decisions independently, and ask questions when stuck
- Comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment with dynamic objectives and iterations
- Extraordinary ability to confront open-ended and ambiguous problems
- Experience working on technical projects and interest in using large scale data to solve valuable business problems
- Commitment to democratic values, ability to engage constructively on difficult issues, and desire to uphold Palantir’s mission of supporting the institutions underpinning western & allied nations
