Requirements
- 3+ years experience in B2B field sales with a focus on net-new business/logo acquisition
- A track record of success – consistently exceeding quota
- Experience in lead generation/prospecting net new business via door to door prospecting, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through face-to-face client interactions
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Zoominfo
Responsibilities
- Establish a collaborative business relationship between Instawork and prospective clients
- Executing the sales strategy for our B2B mobile marketplace app by reaching out to executives and key decision makers across multiple verticals
- Utilize a consulting sales process to demonstrate how Instawork is a faster and cost-effective solution compared to competitors
- Ensure a top-notch first experience with Instawork and obsess over expanding the account in the first months as a customer
- Strategically work an assigned account list focusing on net new client acquisition, closing new business over the phone and in-person by delivering tailored sales presentations
- Conduct field prospecting activities, including visiting potential clients’ businesses, attending industry events, and networking to uncover new sales opportunities
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans
- Work collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to drive revenue growth with new customers
- Provide actionable product feedback to our supporting teams and the VP of Sales to help iterate our value offering
- Utilize our tools and maintain a healthy Salesforce pipeline
- Manage your time effectively between office work and field activities to maximize sales opportunities
- Demonstrate products or services through in-person presentations and demonstrations at client sites
Preferred Qualifications
