Requirements
- 5-7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of success in mid-market sales. Especially selling SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of AI Products, and automation technologies is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage a consultative sales process, from discovery to close.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for mid-market accounts (typically companies with Fortune 600 to 2000 companies).
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct product demos, present business cases, and address objections to drive successful deal closures.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Stay up to date with industry trends and AI technology advancements to effectively position our solutions.
