Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in account management
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Ability to understand client business objectives and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to client accounts.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and technical teams.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably at a senior level.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams and navigate cross-agency collaboration
- Serve as day-to-day client contact, with supervision from manager, as needed
- Lead execution of projects and inform supervisor/director on status
- Manage and execute multi-channel media plans
- Think and operate with strategic orientation and task/project management
- Participates in key client meetings including status meetings, briefings and cross-functional partner meetings
- Ensure operational excellence on the accounts and projects managed
- Maintain and grow knowledge of client’s business, competition, and industry
- Financial management responsibilities including reviewing project estimates, SOWs and billing for brand
- Should be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills

- Experience with leading digital projects is a plus
