Requirements
- 3-5 years of advertising or marketing experience, preferably experience in an agency setting with shopper marketing / Commerce for various retailers
- Comprehensive knowledge of client’s business, objectives, category and products, and a clear understanding of the key strategic issues impacting the client’s business
- Able to communicate clearly, thoroughly, succinctly and in a timely manner both verbally and in writing; follow up on outstanding issues; ask relevant questions
- Able to build relationships and collaborate across teams, departments, vendors, and clients to successfully accomplish work
- Strong attention to detail and organization, demonstrated through actions such as: Effectively proofing own and others work to ensure accuracy; Actively and effectively managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables of multiple projects simultaneously
- Analyzes results, interpret data, draw sound conclusions, and develop insightful and actionable recommendations
- Proactive approach, demonstrated through actions such as anticipating potential problems and obstacles to project success, communicating concerns and developing solutions.
Responsibilities

- Think and operate with strategic orientation and task/project management
- Lead cross-functional teams and navigate cross-agency collaboration
- Help mentor and support career development of team members
- Ensuring operational excellence on the accounts and projects managed
- Financial management responsibilities include reviewing project estimates, SOWs, projections, and billing for brands managed, review monthly billing spreadsheets with clients
- Lead execution of projects and inform supervisor/director on status
- Serves as day-to-day client contact, with supervision from manager, as needed
- Leads team in execution of project deliverables
- Maintains and grows knowledge of client’s business, competition, and industry
- Leads team understanding of client’s business goals/objectives relative to projects
- Identifies new and inventive ways to contribute to and grow client business including thought leadership around areas of interest and new opportunities; MIP plan for brand/s managed
- Participates in key client meetings including status meetings, briefings, MRL reviews, cross-agency partner meetings, agency day, and VML presentations
