Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA preferred
- 2+ years of experience, preferably with a combination of large public accounting firm and a publicly-traded company
- Proficiency in application of US GAAP and SEC requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Responsibilities
- Key contributor in the revenue monthly close
- Assist with general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: revenue, international accounting and general ledger
- Help with the monthly close process and related deliverables for select international DV legal entities
- Support the quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
- Assist the SEC external reporting department with key analyses
- Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
- Assist in quarterly and annual audit/reviews with regards to the US & international audits
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite experience a plus
- Advertising technology industry a plus
