Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 4-8 years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Cost Accounting/manufacturing industry experience
- Advanced proficiency in large ERP system and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the accurate and timely closing of General Ledgers monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Analyze and review financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations for multiple business units
- Manage Profit Center/Cost Center accounting and SAP CO module closing for assigned locations
- Lead projects to optimize systems, current processes, and future business integrations
- Prepare and analyze inventory and product costing reports
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate with various functions within the Shared Services Center
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference for SAP and Blackline experience
