Senior Accountant

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Minimum of five years of accounting experience; public accounting experience is a plus
Strong understanding of intercompany, foreign currency translation, and topside journal entries
Proficiency in US GAAP accounting policies and processes
Experience working with multiple legal entities and subsidiaries within a parent company structure
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Group Reporting, and Blackline is a plus
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels.

Prepare journal entries in the core ERP system and supporting platforms.
Identify and resolve intercompany discrepancies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Prepare and analyze the month-end consolidated intercompany matching schedule.
Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Maintain foreign exchange rates in accounting systems to support proper consolidation and valuation.
Assist in managing the chart of accounts to align with finance and external reporting requirements.
Support the quarterly and annual external reporting process and prepare consolidated supporting schedules.
Ensure compliance with SOX controls related to consolidation.
Administer the Blackline reconciliation system.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Assist with financial reporting tie-outs, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and other special projects as required.
Support internal management reporting and statutory reporting requests.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead efforts to implement process change.
