Requirements
- Experience with Coupa Pay
- Experience owning the end to end month end close process for accounts payable at a hardware company
- Experience creating new operational processes and ensuring continued improvement of those processes over time
- Experience working with engineers and scientists to enable expedient, secure purchasing processes
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of accounts payable within our procure to pay tool, Coupa
- Execute a monthly close process for accounts payable including all accruals, reconciliations and budget to actuals analysis
- Create weekly cash reporting to reflect committed spend
- Work across the finance team to update the corporate forecast each quarter
- Drive efficiency across the procure to pay business processes
- Process Use Tax and Property Tax returns
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a public company SOX environment
- Experience working in a startup
- CPA, MAcc or other applicable advanced licensing or education
- Experience working in industries such as: fusion, energy, aerospace, automotive or manufacturing
- Experience working closely with PhD scientists and R&D technology organizations
